- Sterilizing sheets and coverings.
- Wearing masks while in office.
- Regular self testing.
- Increased hand washing.
- In accordance with King County Public Health Guidelines full Covid vaccinations have been acquired.
- Please stay at home if you have a fever, dry cough, COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms and re-schedule for a date at least 72 hours after you've last had symptoms.
CAN I USE INSURANCE FOR TREATMENTS?
I am no longer working with health insurance, however, I am happy to provide you with a detailed receipt with all the information and codes you need for submitting to your insurance company for any out of network benefit reimbursements they may provide. You will need to bring a referral or set of diagnostic codes from your doctor or chiropractor when seeking these insurance reimbursements.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST SESSION?
During your first appointment expect to spend a little extra time identifying why you are seeking treatment and discussing your current condition, relevant medical history, and identifying attainable goals before treatment begins.
Clients typically disrobe to their level of comfort for treatment and appropriate draping with clinic sheets is used at all times during the session.
MISSED AND LATE APPOINTMENT POLICIES
A fee of $60 will be incurred for cancellations of an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled treatment commencing.
'No show' missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.
For late arrivals the remaining session time will be honored.
If you need to make changes to your appointment or cannot attend please inform us as soon as possible - we understand life happens and will try to be flexible as can be when issues arise.
